I'm getting under 1 MOA with IMR 4350 in all 3 of my 30-06s and my 25-06 using Hornady 150 grain BTSPs in the 3 and 117 grain BTSPs in the 25-06. I'm going to try it in the .243 Sako I'm getting this Spring that is down in Texas where my Dad just passed on 9/11. It's a tack driver and was shooting under 1/2 MOA with factory ammo every time I used it down there. I'm also going to work up some loads with IMR 4064 that Hornady recommends for their .243 bullets and hope to shoot a few antelope with it out in Wyoming next October.
