That is pretty strange for sure. Considering it was all free and clear, it makes no sense. I've never had my knights not go off, ever. I can't imagine the cap firing, but there not being enough fire to ignite the powder. Also hard to imagine that a spent cap in the way could cause it, but who knows. ??? Keep us posted on what you find.
