Sorry about the pictures it's my first time posting pics and they seem to have ended up a little large.
Dirt, if you're using Photobucket, click on the "Customize your upload options" part of the upload screen to open the customize window. Set your uploads for 800x600 and your pictures will show up sized like the one below.
