WAYNE1; Not a bad trip at all,can' t go back this weekend since my girlfriend is feeling ill-but am sending other scouts in the family and friends.
As for spike only,[X(]Yeah it sucks! the only place on the east side that don' t have it is just east of you!
As many big boys as we saw, you have to think that here sooner or later they should switch to the 3 Pt. rule!!! But being this IS Washington, greedy as our [>:][>:]public officials[&:] and beaurocrats[:' (] are,[X(] they will NOT give up thier $5 a shot for those " Special permit " drawing chances!!![]
Got started hunting the east side many,many, many moons ago since living in the country over here you kind of get tired of brush, and rain. But back then all elk seasons ran concurrent, and even more important to some of us (M R) hunters, didn' t start ' till November and ran for 2 weeks!!!!!!!! Ah, the good old days. Sure was fun though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![:-]
