First I want to state that Indiana is a No-Bait state, which is fine by me. We've got acres of bait they are called corn fields!
So my here's my situation. I've waited to hunt a stand at my dads farm until he took the corn off the field next to it. I finally get into the stand one morning and when the sun comes up, I look around and see a BIG PROBLEM. When they were dumping the corn they obviously missed the truck a little as a nice sized pile is 40 yards away from my stand.
I think to myself GREAT...i could be busted for baiting and I didn't even know it was there. I haven't hunted it since. Should I remove this pile, not hunt the stand or just keep hunting. I didn't see a deer anyhow.
What would you do?
