As for as taking someone' s stand in retaliation, I had the chance to, but I couldn' t take revenge without being positive I got the right person. I ran into 3 other stands that didn' t have locks, but I did not want to take the wrong persons stand.
The last thing that I heard about the property, was that it was tied up in the courts and waiting to be sold. I would love to buy it, but property there goes for top dollar. My inlaws sold their 3 acres with a small 2 bedroom house, small old barn, and tiny pond for $92,000. I think that there is 80 acres of timber and 100 tillable acres.
