Well this is kinda an update. Thanksgiving morning I got to my land and took all of my hunting gear out of my car. I eased the door shut so I wouldn't scare off the deer and realized that I had locked my keys in the car. I started not to hunt so I could try to get my keys out but I decided to go anyway and worry about the keys later since I was parked in my girlfriends driveway. Just before getting to my blind, I see 2 nice buck running away from it. I had scared them off! I turned around and starting walking back to the car figuring that it just wasn't my day. Just a few steps away from the blind headed back to the car, Something told my to just get in there and hunt anyway. I got settled down , hit the grunt call a couple of times and nothing. A few minutes passed and I decided to rattle a little. 2 minutes later this guy shows up at about 30 yards. This is the one I think that I posted on here before that I was after this year. I know that this isnt the biggest buck in the world but for around here, Its pretty nice. This may be the biggest one that I ever get a chance at. He scored 142 and 6 eights and weight was 200 lbs. God truly blessed me this Thanksgiving.
