I'm not so sure the parts on that one would reach the $700 mark. Possibly. But I would guess lower. Anyway, it's a nice looking rifle and appears well built from what you can tell from the pictures. The bore is the big thing, and he doesn't say anything about it (other than the overall description of the gun's condition as "excellent"). Still, I would ask about the bore specifically. Doesn't seem to be a bad deal, especially if you're looking for a full stock.

Of course, if you get it you will have to find a scope base to fit.
