When I first started deer hunting I was crazy about scent control and bought the scent-lock clothes, etc. I killed some deer doing this. However, as time went on I guess I got lazier and lazier and stopped being so fanatical about it, and didn't always wear my fancy scent-absorbing clothes. And guess what, I still killed deer.

Now I really don't mess around with any of that stuff. I still wear camo, but sometimes even skip on that. And I still kill deer. One thing though, I usually hunt from a tree stand and that helps a lot. I guess I haven't been able to see enough of a difference to justify all the money and time it takes to cover up your scent.
