Last year I had two guys walk under my stand while I' m sitting there in blaze orange. They weren' t even going to say anything until I asked them if they had permission from the owner to be there. Of course they said they did, funny thing is I own the land and didn' t give anyone permission and it' s posted. I know several guys that think they can hunt an area because they grew up there and hunted it all their lives. It doesn' t matter to them who buys it or how many posted signs are there. In NY you can sign paperwork to " arrest" someone for trespassing. The police don' t have to see them there as long as you did. If you have people with you the more witnesses the better.
