I use nothing but the 240gr XTP, I have never lost a Deer that has been shot with one, but I also like the groups that they shoot out of My ACCURA V1, on a good day I'll put a 1 1/2" 5 shot group at 150 yds with them and even better at 100.
Now My Buddy shoots the SST's out of His TC Triumph, I have no clue why he has'nt killed a Deer yet with them, we get a few drops of Blood and No Deer, at the range He shoots great groups with them but in the Moment He can put it togeather.
Again, shoot what puts the Best Groups out of Your ML, and a well placed Bullet no matter what it is will get the job done. Sure there's some that do a Faster Better Job and that's what we want but if you hit em where your suppos-to then most should do the Job.
