just tell them u are the original buyer. Even tc says their warranty is only for the original purchaser. And if they dont buy into, tell them straight up that their customer service sucks and it will be your last knight you ever buy.
A friend of mine suggested that too, I don't feel right lying to them. I'm just going to hope that can at least cut me a deal...we'll see
