If you have the bux for an MLRS, why not up the ante and go for a TLAM? I am sure the Navy would be willing to help out. Warning the TLAM might damage the meat just a little and make things difficult for the taxidermist when it comes time to stuff what is left of that "monster buck." Google TLAM if you do not know what it is.
