Sure. I think his secret is that he does not over-think it. He just aims and shoots. That and his eyes are only 9 years old - much better than mine
Last year he hit 3 out of 4 turnips with that 30-06 at 100 yards. I couldn't believe it. And get this, he turns the power down to 3X when he shoots. Even at 100 yards.
