One, you need to reread my quote you posted.i specifically said if the parts ordered were in stock.were not talking about out of stock items here.as far as smaller company's are concerned, they grow to be larger by providing quality parts and service and not the opposite.and so the facts are straight, i happen to own a Knight and i am very happy with it
