You know I cannot think of "1" company that has ever had every product in stock 24/7/365, and this means "all" that have been established for some time. To shoot those guns, we need supplies. and part of that is keeping up with suppliers and how their customer service is. No, not all companies have everything in stock at all times. But, the point of these threads have been, it seems knight does not stock, much of anything. as well as having ignorant cs reps answering the phone. to me, that is good info to pass on to other hunters that may need to order suplies so, they can shoot them guns.
The first step in growing any business is to have knowlegable employees and enough to fill the orders of demand.
