I am a "newbie" here. Better yet, I'm probably a "wannabe". You see, I've never been hunting before. This coming March, I'm signed up for the Hunter Education course, and then will finally (at 40 yrs old) be getting a hunting license.

Please check out my new firearms. What do you think would be the best game to go after with them? The weird thing about me is, I'm a lefty, and I notice that a lot of firearms are NOT lefty.

The Marlin .22 is just like I had when I was a kid. Sweet little thing. I remember popping a squirrel off my mom's birdfeeder when I was 15 (man, was she pissed!). The Remington 12GA is brand new and so far, I've went out and tried to bust a few clays with it (man, that's hard to do!). Thanks for any advice. This is a great forum!
