I think your going to be hard pressed to get 10 member teams. I think a good idea would be to decrease your team member numbers and have some sort of random system to pick them. One problem is that time is not on your side as it won't be long before seasons start some places and to have teams picked and all the wrinkles ironed out with the contest rules and whatnot. With that being said I'm interested in participating if there is a reasonable contest that is created. Also, another suggestion is either one buck and one doe per member or 2 does.
