I bought (and so can you) a " bow square" , mine was a blue titanium one that costs about 15 dollars and includes a set of nocking pliers and some brass string nocks. It attaches to your string and you line it up in correspondence of where your arrow shaft sits on your rest. It has like a small ruler on the end of the square that sits parralel with the string so you can line your nock up at the right position. On the package it says for trigger shooters, line it 1/4 inch up from square with rest and square for finger shooters. Yeah.
