I'm getting a Savage 220 jsut for the special shotgun only season. I have used my 870 in the past but the 220 is the top dog. Hard to shot a slug gun like a rifle with a shotguns trigger. I had a mossberg slug gun and the trigger was so hard to get used to when we would go from rifle to shotgun hunting. The 220 has the same trigger as the savage rifles.
