Bow season begins this very Saturday for me down here in the deep south. I have a busy week ahead of me this week as I need to make final preparations. Perhaps getting mentally prepared is what is most important. Am I confident? Is my aim true? Am I dedicated to being a successful deer hunter & do I really comprehend the important issues at hand?

These are all questions you must also answer as you head to the deer woods each time.

The reality of sitting in the stand Saturday morning has not yet taken hold. But I will be successful and I will be dedicated.
