This rifle has some nice grain in the wood. A couple minor bruises but no chips, cracks or gouges. Lock functions as intended with some great case hardening coloration. The bore (see pics) is clean with no rust. If you look close you can notice some very light pitting from use but again, no rust. Rifle shoots 370 gr Maxiballs very will.
I have 8 other sidelocks so it time to thin out the herd.
