NO LIL GUN!!!!! NO NO NO BAD BAD BAD.

Out of those i would use Re7 55-63gr with a 300gr bullet or 325gr FTX. Mine likes 63gr and that's well under max for a 300gr at about 2200fps. A 250gr is too light for good ignition with Re7 unless you really want to crank up the speed to around 2500fps.

IMO Re7 is also easier on the vents with mid range loads but since the powder weight for good ignition is higher, it does have a little more kick....Plus its really best for 300gr+ bullets and mid range loads.

4227 is harder to ignite in cooler temps and its not as popular any more but accuracy is supposed to be good. It is one of the safer powders as far as powder weight range.

2400 is the fastest Savage powder and not very popular anymore either. I would only use it with lighter bullets 250gr and under with mild amounts. They don't even list much data for it anymore on DMB. Use with caution.

IMO best all around powder for cost, safety and performance with most bullet weights is 4759 (in the plastic jug) if you cant find N110. 5744 if it MUST go bang every time accurately and max fps is secondary. Its also filthy and smokes like Bh209.

WARNING THIS DATA IS FOR APPROVED GUNS SUCH AS THE SAVAGE SMOKELESS MLII ONLY
