I switched years ago. After turning to traditional equipment and shooting instinctively it didn't much matter, but the clarity with a peep and pins is significantly better with the left eye. I also tend to shoot an open sight rifle left handed as well. If you've been shooting right handed for some time you may have trained yourself and your sight to do fine. Compare the sight window both ways. Switching wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. It was awkward for a couple of practices and then was fine. When I pick up a RH bow it feels a bit awkward, but doesn't take long to feel normal again.
