I am a worry wort. I use tape and then just a very thin film of anti seize over the tape. The reason I do this is I have had bad experiences with just tape. Not that they don't come out, but to get them started they seem to take a little more pressure on the rifle then I like to give. So with just a light smear of the anti seize also, they back right out.

Both will work fine for you. And I am sure the tape is a lot less mess.
