Prior to reading this thread that you have just posted I have made a decision. This is not an issue that you or I are able to solve and to keep bantering back and forth is making no sense to me any longer. You are a State Rep but not from the State where I reside and therefore all of our point , counterpoint discussion is a waste of time for both of us. I have no further interest in carrying on this thread unless and until I can see that it may have a point. Your enthusiastic response is expected as a State Rep and member of the IBO. Our methods may differ and the reason for change on certain issues is going in different directions. I respect your opinions and though we may differ it is neither our job to determine problems or solve them. The Forum has gone down hill far enough as far as participation and maybe the subject matter is the problem. I will set and look and listen for the solutions that will be final for all members on any problems there may be either real or perceived by the people that can make changes. Let me leave you with this thougt and it is not orignal in any way, " Those of us who do not learn from history are bound to repeat it" , or something like that. Good Luck.
