I'm a new member looking for info. Hopefully this year I will be able to get started in BP hunting, as it should be easier to find time for this portion of deer season. A couple of years ago I recieved a Traditions Pursuit II Guide Gun, topped with a Nikon Prostaff 3x9, as gift. It seems like a nice rifle but hopefully I will be able to upgrade to a nice Lyman Great Planes or a Hawkens. I just can't seem to connect with a BP rifle that looks and feels like a single shot centerfire.
