Very true bronko, its an off color that im not used to but it looks a lot better in person and actually gave the stock some feel to it.
If he's ordering the 3-9x 40 , have him order the 200 MZ with the 200 yd BDC recticle, same price and very clear, i just bought one.the stocks looks great and appears to be biege. i have paint coming in to do several of mine and if you want i can send you pics of how to use sponges to do a great camo job on it.can also put you onto places to buy clear flat to cover it with after painting for protection.i will post pics, when mine is done and i know you and others will like it and it's way cheaper than dipping..
