The XTP's do good in the Savage with the MMP shorts,but are known to fragment/separate.
Would think a bonded bullet such as Gold Dots would give good results and stay together better. Better terminal velocity/pass thrus/blood trails is what I want.
Top range is 150-170 yds.

By far in all my test. (Which you can look up) The Deep Curl is by far the better bullet compared to the XTP Mag. Has better BC resulting in more energy/less drop at longer ranges. At 100 yards there isn't much difference, but the further the range the better Deep Curl is. I would use the .300 grain Deep Curl. Here is a link to buy them.
