Since the scope is set for 150 grs the arrow trajectory will be affected if you switch to 100 gr 'heads. It's not so much that accuracy may suffer, the arrows will fly faster and, therefore, hit slightly higher at comparable distances to those that weigh more. You certainly can use them, just need to determione at which distances they will hit right on (after you zero your scope's crosshairs at 20 yards).
