We have baited on our land for many years now using mainly corn, it seems to attract mainly does and fawns from what we see, we really don't have anyone hunt right over them, but it is fairly centralized on our land and it is fairly easy to bust deer walking to it. I see absolutly nothing unethical about it (unless in a disease ridden area), at least it is real, as in corn is a real food that deer eat, I have heard people say it is unethical to bait yet they spray every man made chemical they can buy on as well as using animal calls to lure deer. I do not see that as being any better than baiting. That being said, like i stated earlier, it seems that we mostly would see fawns and does going to it, even on the cameras at night. Those of us up there that are hittin bucks, are hundreds of yards away from the corn.
Good luck
