BOWHUNTING lease - Dhanis, tx - OPEN FOR DEER SEASON ! LOOK !

Ranch : Low fence Quatro B Ranch
Location : 6miles outside D'Hanis, tx
Acreage : 420acres
Lease time frame : Deer season for Medina Co. starting Oct 1st
Max hunters allowed : 4 hunters
Total Price for all hunters : $10,000
Animals : Whitetail deer, Turkey, Hogs
Weapons allowed : Bow / Crossbow ( no firearms for any reason are allowed on ranch )

** This 420 acres sits nestled between cattle ranches and farm land. A beautiful piece of property that has dense oak thickets, large open field area, typical texas scrub, and a creek bottom (dry currently).
First time this property was hunted in years was just last year. Plenty of good whitetail, hogs and some turkey that come through the area.
There is no electrical on site, but there is a hose bib for water. Hunters are encouraged to bring a camper or can secure lodging in the city of hondo (25min away) Max of 1 non-hunting guest per hunter is allowed.

Hunters will be welcome to come to the ranch a month early to set up stands, blinds, trail cams and feeders.
Each hunter will be allowed 1 buck, 2 does, limit on turkey and as many hogs as they can arrow.
