I have a fully rifled 12ga. shotgun barrel for a rem 870 in good condition, would like to sell it in order to buy a cantalever barrel so I can use a scope.

Ive never sold anything like this before, wondering if it is legal to sell this online (ebay, craigslist, etc.). Im in Maryland if that matters.
