In a word, NOPE.

It might be close to that point, but measuring from the axles is fruitless. The key is the nockpoint' s relation to the arrow rest. Most folks I know start at the rest mounting hole in the riser and place the nocking point a little (1/4" or so) above 90 degrees.

The hole location itself is not magic either. If you want to set your rest up where it holds the arrow above the hole, then your nocking point will be just a little farther up the string.
