People this is getting a little ridiculous on this thread.

Unfortantly the courts have ruled that they have their rights to hunt to support their families. It does not give them free running without game laws. They still have to abide with their tribe rules and regulations and can only hunt on their alotted hunting territory,not on any lands that they choose.

Now if your really upset with these rights, what is needed to be done is to contact the Indian Organizations that run and make up the rules for the Indians (or Metis) need to abide by. Instead of flaming and trying to start a war, lets all try to work with them and make sure that they do not abuse their new rights.

It is in all of our rights to make sure the abuse does not happen. The above mentioned of using only part of the animal and leaving the rest is wrong. IF this was brought to the head of Indian Affairs, they would jump on and charge the people involved. Bad publicity is not in their best intrest.

Lets try to work with them, not try to start wars.
