I do think i will try to find an actual washer to take the shims place as it will be beefier. I just hate the filing to fit part LOL.
That's a simple process Devil. Put the washer on a round head machine bolt with a nut holding the washer tight against the head. Mount the bolt in a drill and file it as it turns.
