Seems you are correct. There are scopes on my rifles, except for one. The scoped rifles i use in the rifle seasons. The unscoped rifle i use during the muzzle loader season. It helps that it has a peep sight, but i still have to squint real tight to get the front sight to look round. It kinda seems strange to me, that the rifle has killed several deer, in spite of this handicap.
