comndr45 I don' t think you will have a problem with the spreader arms. Can' t say for sure as my Ol Man Multi Vision is new enough to have the spreaders already installed. I' m a relatively large guy and I don' t have any problems. I also have a summitt and like it but I feel that the ol man is more comfortable, quieter and grips the tree better. I' d try the spreaders, it will only improve an already remarkable stand and be quite a bit cheaper than a new one
