Drew cow elk tag for 2nd season rifle, denied on Mule deer. 62% success rate in this area last yr. w/0 pts., and get denied. Oh well been my luck in Colorado on 1st choice draws. I got denied on a Bull Muzzle tag last year w/3pts., and was told prior I would most likely get it. Maybe I should move to Colorado, and become a resident instead!
