I own a .325 wsm Model 70 Ultimate Shadow & I have mixed feeling about this gun. I have taken a 450lb black bear last fall & a Yukon moose with this gun & it preformed flawlessly on these animals. If I were to do it over again I would have just purchased a .300 win. mag; it will do the same thing & it will be around forever. The .325 is a "fad" cartridge just like the .30 TC & the prices for bullets will do nothing but increase & be difficult to find a good selection. If you know what you are getting into before purchasing this gun I say go for it; it will make a good addition to any gun collection but it isn't the most sensible caliber to choose in my opinion.
