I have a lead sled about the only time I use it is to sight in and then after that, I shoot pretty much from shooting sticks.But I wish I would have learned to shoot from just a plan rest sighting in cause it takes more skill I think.How ever I have never done either with a muzzle loader but that will change soon!!!
