Default RE: Bowdacious reporting in sir.......

My turn! My turn! Holy cow, where do I begin?

I honestly dont think you should have made this post, to begin with. You as a Moderator are supposed to be setting a GOOD exaple for us younger and unexperianced members. By saying that WOUNDING animals because you were careless is an extremely bad example to be setting. Sure, things happen, but you shouldnt shoot if you arent POSITIVE you' re going to hit your target. I know, Buck Fever (Or Elk in this situation) may play some part, but if youre too excited to make a good shot, dont shoot at all. Period. It sounds to me like you didnt spend hardly ANY time tracking him, just summed it up as a bad shot and left it as that. I' m glad you dont live in Washington, I would be ashamed.

DONT BLAME THE HEADS! The broadheads had nothing to do with it. 9 times out of 10 it is the shooter making a BAD shot. I dont care what anyone else may say, but thats it. Thunderheads are GREAT heads and many hunters have successfully taken game with those broadheads. Dont blame the heads.

Im so pissed off right now after reading this, it isnt even funny. As someone else said, it isnt a laughing matter, if it was an attempt at a joke, it was poorly made. [:@][:@]
