In my world there are zero issues using Black Horn powder. I use it hunting. I use it to punch paper, and water jugs. I shoot year round. I sometimes don't keep my rifle as clean as i should, and my rifle still works with this powder. It isn't finicky, and doesn't require special care. My equipment isn't all OEM, but a lot of it is. I would ask, 'Is that Western Powder that good?', cuz it is for me.

When i leave town to go hunting, i go with extra bullets, powder, primers, food, fuel, etc. My tires have plenty of tread, and i have fire starter, and rope, and a game cart, and gloves, and a cap, etc.

When i go fishing, i have enough fuel, jigs, bait, and ice. The bearings on my boat trailer are greased, the spare tire has air in it, and the boat batteries are charged.

These days my only issues using Black Horn Powder, is i use too much of it.
