Default DynaTekŪ bore coating

First off i want to say this was no way a good test. I was just curious so i shot a few shots. Spring Turkey in the morning, and The NRA show the rest of the weekend means no range time this weekend.

I shot one shot with 100grns of 777 and a 300grn Barnes Original. The primer on all shots was a Federal 209A. After taking the shot i swabbed the barrel with a T/C presaturated patch. Was the crud ring there, yes. The difference was it was barely there.

I loaded the gun back up with 120grns of 777 and shot three shots with the 300grn Barnes Originals. Brought the gun in to swab. Was the crud ring there, yes. Here again very little and all three shots loaded pretty descent with out swabbing.

So more testing to do, but not bad so far.

I'm trying to find out what Knight is saying about the coating.
