RE: BRACE HEIGHT or A.T.A. ?
I would have to say that accuracy and forgivingness are two seperate things. If you are looking for forgivingness, then a larger ATA and a larger brace height is very important. For shooting fixed broadheads, forgivingness (IMO) is important, so I buy my hunting bows accordingly. I shoot a 38" ATA and a 7.5 brace height. But, (also important) I shot feathers four flethed with a helical and a fall away rest.
Accuracy I believe lies in the most part (but not totally) in the shooters hands.
Like what has been stated, a lot of shooters can shoot a small ATA and brace height and shoot accuractely.
