I have been thinking about hunting there for a few years now. A couple of days ago I was talking to a guy who told me that he goes down there bow hunting. His cousin lives about 15 minutes from that area and in his subdivision they have a deer population problem. He says he shot 9 deer last year with his bow.

I am looking for a place to take my son with a good chance of seeing deer on a regular basis. He will not be bowhunting at his age but I just want him to see how exciting it can be.

Anyway, does anyone hunt in or around the water gap area? If so, any advice would be great.
