Bottom line that deer didn't know or care about the bullet being a RB or conical. it's dead just as if it were hit with a Barnes,Lehigh or any other saboted bullet.it also doesn't care if the bullet took a little longer to get there either.i am headed in the strictly conical direction myself.conicals will kill at 200 yds, just as well if not better than any lighter weight saboted bullet. using less powder with conicals and the fact there cheaper to buy, makes them attractive also.
