Man, I hate it when folks leave charges in.
I used to go estate sales quite a bit. Let me tell you a story. I pick up a T/C sidelock. I take home and check out the barrel. Run some oily patches down the barrel. Of course there is some rust. I even run several dozens strokes of JB's down to smooth out a bit., oil the crap out of it. Take to the range, and pop off a cap as I am supposed to(range rules) Nothing. Pop off another cap, nothing. Take some bore butter down the barrel, and try to swab out primer residue. I taken note that something was wrong when I got no residue. So I pop off another cap but this time at the ground to see of the leaves/dirt would fly(believe it or not, this is range rules also to ensure no double loads). This time it went off and busted up a piece of concrete. The guy who dies left it loaded for who knows how long. I about crapped on myself.
