I ordered the stuff theat Josh reccomended..I'm very pleased...Josh reccomended Marine Tex..there are a few different types of Marine Tex products according to what the need is..My need was a leaky seam...
The stuff I bought off ebay is Gluvit ...it's a resin similiar to contact cement..you mix it { Stir it} 5 to 1 with a liquid hardener that comes with it..I mixed mine in a clean cat food can..After I ruffed up the area I applied it with a 1 inch paint brush..
After 12 hours you are left with a 1/16th inch hard as glass sealer..that is also flexible...I love it..I JBWelded the seam first and sanded it good..2 or threee times..then I applied the sealer..as well as over the rivets.
