The thicker the brass the more noticable it will be. As long as the rounds chamber correctly there is no cause for an alarm. You should see my 9mm IDPA loads with Berry's bullets

It's really no different than if you were using a lead bullet that needs to be oversized to prevent gas cutting.

If they chamber....shoot'em up!
